As clearly stated in its regulations, YEFAD operates in the following areas/formats; YEFAD,
Enables young people and adults to receive and/or provide education and socialize by conducting and/or participating in scientific research, professional studies, and training activities as well as social/cultural/humanitarian activities.
Receives training at home and abroad, provides training, assists training institutions and receives training in educational institutions, and organizes or participates in events and social activities.
Organizes, participates or supports projects both in national and international scopes like that of the European Union.
Organizes participates or supports youth, adult, vocational, social, cultural, educational, etc. projects.
Organizes, participates in or supports projects for people with special needs. Organizes, participates in or supports projects concerned with women and women’s rights. Organizes, participates in or supports projects concerned with disadvantaged groups and individuals.
Organizes, participates in or supports projects concerned with human rights and democracy. Organizes, participates in or supports projects concerned with drugs and substance abuse. Organizes, participates in or supports projects concerned with immigration, adaptation, integration, refugees, and immigrants.
Organizes, participates in or supports projects related to nature, habitat, camping, caravanning, tours, etc. Organizes, participates in or supports projects concerned with disasters and civil defense issues. Creates documentation centers and databases when deemed necessary.
It makes or commissions periodical or non-periodical visual publications related to these topics. Organizes and participates in social welfare activities, receives donations, and provides and receives financial or in-kind aid whenever deemed necessary. Prepares, implements or participates in relevant training programs.
Organizes, participates in or supports seminars, conferences, panels, congresses, projects, concerts, ballet shows, performing arts, excursions, competitions, exhibitions, application studies, workshops, etc. both in Turkey and abroad. Provides or receives consultancy services related to social domains or youth/adult education to/from private and public organizations.
